Alt-Tab switching is part of the system, ie it's part of the way that Windows works and users expect to work as advertised. Are you trying to make alt-tab part of your own application? I don't recommend it. What would happen if everyone decided to over-ride F1, ALT-F4 and other standard Windows keystrokes?
